Care Plus ORS Scoop The Care Plus ORS Scoop is a very simple piece of kit - but also a potential life saver! Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) are widely considered to be the best method for combating the dehydration caused by diarrhoea - but if you don't have any sachets left you can make up your own solution using the ORS Scoop to measure out the correct proportions. It has two compartments - one for sugar and one for salt, thereby allowing you to prepare the solution using the salt and sugar ratio recommended by the World Health Organisation.
