Sick Bags can be very useful - but you have to go a long way to beat a good Sick Bowl!

It's much easier to hold one in your hands and much harder to miss the opening. They're also less likely to spill after use because they can be put down safely somewhere whilst awaiting disposal.

Sick Bowls

Sick Bowls are much easier to use than Sick Bags in most situations because they have a large, fixed opening you can aim for and sturdy, rigid edges to the bowl you can cling on to. They are made of pulped paper which makes them light and strong and easy to burn or compost after use.

Each bowl measures approximately 20cm wide by 8cm deep, and they are cut away slightly at the front to make it easier to tuck beneath your chin.
