Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made over the internet with a credit/debit card, via PayPal, or by cheque. Postage and packaging is charged at £1.50 for Second Class delivery or £2.50 for First Class delivery.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs. Second Class delivery generally takes 3 or 4 working days to arrive, whereas First Class should arrive within 2 or 3. |

We are not registered for VAT, so VAT isn't charged on your order. |

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after the receipt of the goods and to return the goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
- You must inform us by post, fax or email within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them.
- The goods should be returned in their original packaging, unused, in an undamaged condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back safely. so you may want to consider using a postal service that includes insurance for the goods you are returning.
- You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
- The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
