Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made over the internet with a credit/debit card, via PayPal, or by cheque. Second Class delivery is free within the UK for all orders over £7.50 in value. First Class delivery can also be selected, but there is an additional charge of £1.00 for this. For orders less than £7.50 in value, the postage charge is £1.95 for Second Class delivery, or £2.95 for First Class delivery.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs. Second Class delivery generally takes 2 or 3 working days to arrive, whereas First Class should arrive within 1 or 2. |

Credit/debit card processing is securely handled by Protx, one of the largest Payment Service Providers in the UK. For more information on Protx, please visit their website www.protx.co.uk. Where a credit/debit card is used for payment, the goods will only be sent to the registered card holder's address to minimise the chances of fraudulent purchases being made.

Returns Policy Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after the receipt of the goods and to return the goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
- You must inform us by post, fax or email within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them.
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in an undamaged condition suitable for resale. We recommend that you use Royal Mail's Signed For service and ensure that you have postal insurance covering the goods you are returning.
- You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
- The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
