Description
The Care Plus Midge Proof Bell Net has an ultra-fine weave that is designed to protect the user from midges, sand-flies and other small biting insects. It’s ideal for use in Scotland or Scandinavia (where midges are a problem) and in the Caribbean / Florida area (where sand flies are a nuisance). It will also protect against mosquitoes but generally you would be better to use a net with bigger holes in the tropics because it would be cooler.
It’s very easy to hang up from a single, central hook, whilst the net itself is held open with a built-in flexible ring at the top. It is suitable for use with two single beds pushed together or a large double bed and it has not been treated with insecticide – it isn’t really necessary when guarding against midges and sand flies, unlike mosquitoes that can carry life threatening diseases.
