Description

The romance of the American West defines the Sunday Afternoons Ponderosa Hat.  Performance details like a wicking sweatband and adjustable sizing combine with style elements like genuine leather and antique brass, taking you comfortably from trail exploration to dinner reservations in the city.

Hidden internal pocket holds treasures from the hike or your subway pass. Hitting the open road? The Ponderosa packs flat with your maps, and the waxed tech canvas just gets better and better with each journey.

UPF 50 – This is the highest rating available and it means it blocks at least 98% of the UV radiation.  Less than 1/50th of the UV rays are able to pass through, allowing you to diminish the sun, not the fun!
Fabric – 100% Polyester.
Features – Rugged waxed tech canvas with genuine leather accents, a hidden crown pocket and internal adjustable sizing.
Sunglass Lock – Keeps glasses in place.

Measuring – circle the crown of the head with string or dental floss, above the eyebrows and ears. Measure the length of string on a ruler and compare to the size ranges listed in the hat description, then there’s your size! Many, but not all, of the hats feature an adjustable sizing system.

When you receive your hat, loosen or tighten the adjustable sizing system as necessary for your custom fit. Wearing the hat slightly above eyebrows and ears will allow clear front and peripheral vision.

(order before 2.30 pm Monday to Friday) – £7.95 for a parcel up to 1 kilogram in weight – more for heavier parcels.  Delivery time – typically next working day after posting – but it is advisable to contact us first to confirm the items are in stock and can be dispatched in good time.  Generally though the goods are in stock unless they are labelled as ‘Out of Stock’.  Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL and in both cases somebody needs to be there to sign for the parcel.  If this is likely to be a problem please let us know.
