Tough and durable, the Barmah Bronco Foldaway Hat was built to endure the elements. Made from full-grain leather with a smooth finish, it adds a touch of finesse to any adventure and is foldable, making it great for travel. This full-grain cattle hide leather hat has a natural finish to show its genuine leather qualities.

Similar to the Barmah Squashy Oiled Safari Hat, its smoother finish is designed to look old with style. The leather is soft which makes this hat very comfortable to wear and gives it a snug fit. It has attachments for a chin strap should you be worried about your hat falling off, when fitted correctly, the leather Barmah hats do stay on your head even at full gallop.

The wide all-round brim offers UPF50+ sun protection, protecting your face and neck against the sun’s harsh UV rays. This is a must on safari in Africa and for your protection and comfort during any outdoor activities, sports, and hobbies.

The Barmah Foldaway Bronco Full Grain Leather Safari Hat is twice-foldable and comes with its own hat bag for ease of packing.

The hats come up on the small side and we encourage people to wear a hat as loose as they can possibly get away with without the hat falling off your head.

To get a good fit, measure the circumference of your head, one inch above your eyebrows, in a comfortable fit (i.e. not too loose and not too tight - as you would like the hat to feel on your head) and then select a size.

If you fall in between sizes we recommend to go for the size up, so for example a 58.5 cm head measurement, we would suggest a Large 59.5 cm hat.
