Description

When skies are stormy and adventure calls, you need a hat that’s up for the job. The Sunday Afternoons Ultra Storm Bucket is 100% waterproof, seam-sealed to keep you dry and comfortable while the downsloping brim helps rain roll right off.

UPF 50+ sun protection makes it a great choice when the sun peeks through, and reflective piping helps when night falls. Packable and crushable, with a PFC-free water repellent finish that repels moisture to avoid saturation.

UPF 50 – This is the highest rating available and it means it blocks at least 98% of the UV radiation.  Less than 1/50th of the UV rays are able to pass through, allowing you to diminish the sun, not the fun!
Fabric – 78% Nylon 22% Polyester. Liner: 100% Polyester.
Features – Reflective detailing and bluesign certified crown liner, underbrim, and sweatband.
Water Resistant – 100% Waterproof, breathable, fully seam taped fabric.
Protection – 7 cm (3 inch) Down sloping brim.
Packing Instructions – Crushable design is travel friendly.

Taupe Mineral Shadow Plum/Taupe

Measuring – circle the crown of the head with string or dental floss, above the eyebrows and ears. Measure the length of string on a ruler and compare to the size ranges listed in the hat description, then there’s your size! Many, but not all, of the hats feature an adjustable sizing system.

When you receive your hat, loosen or tighten the adjustable sizing system as necessary for your custom fit. Wearing the hat slightly above eyebrows and ears will allow clear front and peripheral vision.

(order before 2.30 pm Monday to Friday) – £7.95 for a parcel up to 1 kilogram in weight – more for heavier parcels.  Delivery time – typically next working day after posting – but it is advisable to contact us first to confirm the items are in stock and can be dispatched in good time.  Generally though the goods are in stock unless they are labelled as ‘Out of Stock’.  Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL and in both cases somebody needs to be there to sign for the parcel.  If this is likely to be a problem please let us know.

Europe (with tracking) Royal Mail (excluding Courier)

£10.95 for the first item, plus £1.00 extra for each additional item.  Delivery time – typically 2 or 3 weeks because of delays when going through customs.

£11.95 for the first item, plus £3.00 extra for each additional item.  Delivery time – typically 2 or 3 weeks because of delays when going through customs.
