Ultrathon Insect Repellent was developed by 3M to give up to 12 hours protection against mosquitoes and other insects in a splash and sweat resistant formula. It contains DEET in a special base that allows it to be released onto the skin's surface more slowly than most other products where the DEET is simply mixed in a water or alcohol base.

Ultrathon Insect Repellent Aerosol Spray (25% DEET) Ultrathon Insect Repellent Spray was developed by 3M to give up to 8 hours protection against mosquitoes and other insects in a splash and sweat resistant formula. It contains 25% DEET in a special base that allows it to be released onto the skin's surface more slowly than most other products where the DEET is simply mixed in a water or alcohol base. This provides the benefits of longer-lasting protection without requiring the use of higher concentrations of DEET. It also reduces the number of times that re-application is required. Ultrathon Insect Repellent is supplied here as a 125ml aerosol spray. Usage guidelines: - said to be suitable for use by children over 6 months. - normal conditions - one application can provide protection for up to 8 hours - typically, one can should provide protection for one person for about a week. - humid conditions or strenuous exercise (lots of sweating!) - Ultrathon works very well in these conditions, but it may still be necessary to reapply it more frequently. It contains 34% DEET in a special base that allows it to be released onto the skin's surface more slowly than most other products where the DEET is simply mixed in a water or alcohol base. Ultrathon Insect Repellent is supplied here as a cream in a tough 60ml squeezy tube. It contains 35% DEET in a special base that allows it to be released onto the skin's surface more slowly than most other products where the DEET is simply mixed in a water or alcohol base. This provides the benefits of longer-lasting protection without requiring the use of higher concentrations of DEET. It also reduces the number of times that re-application is required. Ultrathon Insect Repellent is supplied here in a 100ml pump action spray. Usage guidelines: - said to be suitable for use by children over 6 months. - normal conditions - one application can provide protection for up to 12 hours - typically, one tube should provide protection for one person for about a week. - humid conditions or strenuous exercise (lots of sweating!) - Ultrathon works very well in these conditions, but it may still be necessary to reapply it more frequently. Please Note: This product is a pump action spray but it is in a metal can like an aerosol.
